How will the transportation line change with the modification of PET bottle shapes? Transportation components in beverage factories.
Not just "changing the bottle," but also addressing the beverage line.
In the development of seasonal and limited-time products, there are times when the shape, capacity, and design of PET bottles are suddenly changed. When the shape of the bottle changes, adjustments and modifications may also be necessary for components of the transport line, such as transport guides, conveyors, transport screws, timing screws, and star wheels. Among these, the "transport screw" is particularly important. If the groove shape and pitch of the screw are not adjusted to match the outer diameter, height, and shape of the bottle, it could lead to issues during transport, such as swaying, tipping, jamming, and clogging. Therefore, when adopting a new bottle, it is crucial to confirm not only the product specifications but also the transport components as early as possible. Especially for limited-time products, since the release date is fixed, it is important to arrange for production, including the manufacturing period, early enough to avoid situations like "the bottle is decided, but the screw production won't be ready in time." Equal Co., Ltd. manufactures transport screws for beverage lines. Utilizing the production system of our factory in Vietnam, we can respond with deliveries within an average of one month.
